We are searching for Negotiation MANAGER Market Access (all genders) to be located in our office in Wiesbaden As a market access expert, the Negotiation Manager prepares, coordinates and supports the price negotiations with the GKV-Spitzenverband in close cooperation with the Negotiations Leads and the interdisciplinary negotiation teams. Through competent and effective support of the negotiations, the negotiation manager contributes significantly to AbbVie's success in the strategic positioning of our constantly growing product portfolio. Main Tasks: Responsible for coordinating, preparing and supporting reimbursement amount negotiations with the GKV-Spitzenverband (§130b SGB V) on operative and strategic level from early preparations to final agreement and post-processing. Coordinating schedules and agendas and act as contact person for the negotiation teams in all technical and administrative issues. Preparation and participation in meetings, trainings and simulations. Act as sparring in trainings and simulations. Compilation and administration of internal and external documents and ressources including official negotiation documents. Representation of AbbVie as point of contact to the GKV-SV Tactical and strategical contribution to the negotiations. Close cooperation and coordination with all relevant local departments as well as the European and international headquarters. Market monitoring and analysis of competitor procedures and their results Development of innovative reimbursement and contracting models in the context of the current health policy conditions. Qualifications Strategic and conceptual way of thinking. Ability to prepare complex content for alignment with negotiation teams, other departments and senior leadership. Strong communicator and at the same time, team player and, thanks to a reflective and empathetic personality, ability to quikly adapt to a wide variety of people, teams and situations. Have a wide range of interests and extremely capable of learning. Analytical way of thinking helps to quickly familiarize with a wide variety of contexts, e.g. medical, legal or economic. Has an eye for the big picture as well as for the details of a project. This puts the candidate in a position to pragmatically support and implement decisions. Sound experience in project management.
