Summary:
Oracle+NetSuite Education Services provides comprehensive instructional programs to ensure our customers, partners and employees have the knowledge to achieve the highest level of success.
The Instructor—will deliver training to all types of Oracle+NetSuite customers. This position will be responsible for the delivery of instructor led and web-enabled administrator and business user training. In addition to leading regularly scheduled public classes, the Instructor will also work with individual customers to assess training needs, develop custom agendas, and deliver tailored training to ensure optimal user adoption.

They work collaboratively with customers to help them build product knowledge, increase user adoption and achieve ROI. They do this by designing and delivering high-quality, process-based custom training that promotes NetSuite best practices.
The Instructor— works in a high-energy and dynamic environment, delivering training to multiple customers in a variety of industries. This position is responsible for the delivery of instructor-led and web-enabled end user training. The Training Instructor/Consultant works in partnership with the implementers to assess customer training needs, develop custom agendas and materials, and deliver quality training to ensure optimal user adoption.
The ideal candidate possesses a passion for training, has excellent communication skills, can deliver instructor-led and virtual-classroom sessions, can develop high impact learning and reference materials, demonstrates excellent attention to detail, cares deeply about customer satisfaction and exhibits strong project management skills.

Responsibilities:
? Understand the NetSuite application in the functional areas of ERP and CRM as they relate to customer learning requirements.
? Learn all relevant aspects of current and new product rollouts to ensure ongoing improvement of product knowledge, training and presentation skills, and technical knowledge.
? Deliver live instructor led training sessions onsite at customer locations.
? Deliver virtual online sessions and webinars.
? Work with NetSuite implementers to develop end user adoption strategies and training plans for customer implementation projects.
? Take full ownership of customer training projects. Interact with customer as needed for logistics, knowledge transfer and follow-up.
? Participate in customer requirements definition and training scoping conversations.
? Recommend business best practices from a user adoption, training and business management perspective.
? Deliver customer specific end user training based on their implementation project scope.
? Develop customer specific end user training and reference materials (print and/or eLearning), leveraging NetSuite end user toolkit assets.
? Adhere to Education Services methods, processes, procedures, and policies in the development and delivery of training services.
? Participate in the development of new offerings and improvement to processes, providing feedback and suggestions to education program management.
? Incorporate learning industry best practices and techniques in daily engagements.
? Apply expert knowledge of the NetSuite application to solve the customer business challenge.

Qualifications/Skills: must have the following qualifications
Language Skills:
Mandarin – fluent written and verbal
English – fluent written and verbal

Candidates for the Instructor—role should have many of the following qualifications:
? Minimum 5 years in the technology industry.
? 3+ years’ experience in a functional training role with emphasis on technology and business process training development, design, and delivery.
? Strong presentation, training and group facilitation skills; familiar and competent with audience-engagement methods and techniques appropriate for all types of audiences.
? Excellent understanding of common industry standards as related to ERP with an understanding of standard business practices as related to Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing), Sales Force Management, (Opportunity, Proposal, Sales Orders, Forecasting, Territory Management and Quotas), Inventory Management (Purchasing and Fulfillment) as well as support (Cases Management and Territory Management).
? Previous experience with the following applications is a solid predictor of success as a NetSuite End User Training Consultant: QuickBooks, Great Plains, MAS 90, Oracle Financials, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Sage.
? Experience with developing and maintaining curriculum, learning objectives, training aids, eLearning and hands-on exercises.
Travel: The position will deliver on-site training upon request – at least 25%
