The incumbent will be responsible for providing the second tier support for corporate network infrastructure.

• Provide daily support for corporate network infrastructure
• Perform administrative work for structured cabling system for local office network, domain name registration and maintenance, and e-certificate
• Evaluate and implement network management software
• Plan and design of network and security infrastructure
• Work closely with other teams to deploy projects on Hybrid Cloud environment
• Evaluate and integrate new network and security technologies/solutions
• Provide on-going configuration and change management for corporate network infrastructure
• Perform network performance monitoring to ensure high level of network availability
• Participate in regular IT security reviews on system infrastructure, network, applications and desktops
• Review and formulate cyber security architecture, policies, guidelines, standards and procedures
• Participate in regular system vulnerability and penetration tests, the integration of network, cloud and infrastructure security
• Ensure security risks are properly identified, assessed, mitigated and managed periodically

• Degree holder in Computer Science/ Information Technology or a related discipline
• Minimum 5-year of working experiences in network design, implementation and support
• Solid experience on CISCO data, voice and security solutions
• Hands-on experience on Fortinet Firewall management, MPLS, VoIP, QoS and Riverbed WAN Acceleration solution
• Knowledge on information security and experience on disaster recovery
• Holder of CCNA/CCDA/CCNP/CISSP/CISM is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Strong analytical, systematic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Responsible and good team player
• Occasional travelling to PRC or overseas is required
