Primary Purpose of the Position：

• This position will be a member of the IT Infrastructure Services organization responsible for professional and technical work related to network and telecommunications services.
• This is an intermediate service supporting role primarily responsible for the transitional and operational tasks and duties in support of network service implementations that span across a broad range of network services and solutions (Local Area Network/ Wireless, Wide Area Network, Datacenter Network, Internet Edge, Application Networking Services )

Responsibilities:

• Service Transition Processes: Knowledge Management, Change Management, Asset & Configuration Management, Release & Deployment, Transition Planning & Support, Service Validation & Testing, Evaluation;
• Service Operation Processes: Incident Management, Problem Management, Event Management, Request Fulfillment, Access Management, Operations Management;
• Supports existing services and assists in deployment;
• Works with/across global/regional/local IT teams by consulting with more senior level team members;
• Provides intermediate consultation for responsible services;
• Lead technical support of internal and/or third-party systems;
• Plan, document, and implement system changes;
• Perform reporting against their area of support;
• Leverage data to identify, justify, recommend and implement system improvements, which leverage new or existing technologies;
• Troubleshoot intermediate problems reported by internal customers, systems, or team members; escalating to upper level associates as appropriate;
• Monitor, debug, and install network solutions as well as related software and systems. Incumbent may be required to do intermediate configuration or system modifications;
• Perform intermediate complexity service requests, installs, upgrades, refreshes, backups, restores, patching, granting access, modifying configurations, gathering KPI data using well-defined processes;
• Participate as team member on medium/large projects. Provides technical leadership for small project teams;
• Lead beginner to intermediate problem resolution and documentation typically impacting a functional area. Participates in troubleshooting complex problems which may span functional areas;
• Participate in an Emergency On-Call Rotation for after-hours and weekend support. Flexible schedules and 24x7 support availability (generally scheduled in advance) may be required as necessary to support the technical needs of our customers.

Requirements:

• Computer Science or Information Technology bachelor or above;
• At least three years IT experience in manufacturing industry;
• At least three years network implementation and support experience;
• Good English skills both in written and orally;
• Skills to identify network issues, provide solution and solve;
• Knowledge of Cisco switches, routers, AP and administration tools ;
• Good communication skill, be able to work overtime and on weekend.
