Duties and responsibilities include:

• Administration and Support of Microsoft Azure
• Windows Server Administration
• Performance monitoring, analysis and generation of statistical reports
• Troubleshooting complex and/or recurring technical issues
• Ability to write clear and concise documentation for standard operating procedures
• Understanding of LAN and WAN protocols and standards
• Installation, maintenance, and monitoring of server infrastructure
• Project management and planning for large to small technical implementations

This position requires a track record of competency in the following areas:

• Understanding of client/server hardware
• Microsoft Windows 2003/2008/2012/2016/2019 servers
• Understanding of LAN and WAN infrastructure

Knowledge and capabilities in the following areas would be a plus but are not required:

• Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS
• Microsoft Azure
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations
• Microsoft SQL Server
• VMware and Hyper-V Virtualization
• Remote Desktop/Thin Clients

• Server Backup Software
