JOB SUMMARY: The Network Infrastructure Architecture will provide leadership on the infrastructure design, architecture, implementation and operational support & maintenance. The specific areas will be focused in network systems. S/he will serve as a senior technical expert to architect, deploy and operate large-scale IT infrastructure work to the Universal Beijing Theme Park, and provide services to guests, employees, and partners.

S/he will work closely with the design team, tech department, park operation team, hotel operation team and third parties to design and full fill their requirement. S/he also need to cooperate with major generator contractors and manage other specific integrators to make sure all network design to de deployed accurate with good quality control.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Solution Design of network system, and ensure high quality, performance, and compliance with the site design; Infrastructure instrumentation and documentation; develop designs for new projects & strategic initiatives Manage the delivery of solution, partner with IT application and tech service team(s) to deliver new business capabilities through system implementations: Manage the complete network infrastructure development process including implementation, testing, operating, as well as iterative post-production enhancements for both “buy” or “build” solutions; Deliver network topology for a multi-cloud environment, and provide network service for both internal and external users Provide technology leadership by managing vendor and contractors to delivery technology advanced design and best practice; managing financial budgets & costs responsibly; and developing short term & long term IT network strategy for business flexibility Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree - Technical degree, or highly relevant equivalent experience is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred in Technology

EXPERIENCE:

? Minimum 15 years of experience in IT Network design and deployment for office, campus and datacenter

? Minimum 15 years of experience of solution design for large campus engineering project.

? Experience with Theme Park, retail, hospitality or B2C industry

? Familiar with LAN, WLAN, SDN, CDN, Load balancing, Routing, MPLS, MLPS, Security, ACL, FW, VOIP, 5G, DNS, Call Center, Unified Communication and Cloud.

? Experience with managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects

? Experience with large local engineering deployment

? Strong executing as appropriate in the areas of responsibility.

? Broad knowledge of current and emerging technologies.

? Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to effectively deploy resources and manage multiple projects of diverse scopes in a cross-functional environment.

? Ability to improve operational efficiency; service delivery and information management across all infrastructure platforms.

? Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport and persuade others.

? Language – Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), read and write in English
