Manage information technology network infrastructure planning and operations in delivering IT services according to defined SLO / SLA, with objective to support corporate business requirements and operations, based on corporate IT policies and standards

• Design and support Azure Cloud infrastructure focusing on standardization, suitability, and integration of the existing network portfolio incorporating new and more dynamic. Collaborate with Security to develop/follow network security standards and best practices for the organization.

• Accountable for network security infrastructure component availability and integrity, monitor compliance with IT security policy, and coordinate investigation and reporting of security incidents.

• Experience in using automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, ARM, AZ CLI.

• Experience in Azure Cloud Technology (PaaS, IaaS, AKS, CI/CD, etc…)

• Experience in using Network Management Tools and Sniffers to analyze packet captures.

• Experience/technical knowledge in the ff: IDS/IPS, privileged access management, Encryption, Digital Certificates, SSL, VPN, IPSec, TCP/IP, DNS, and web security architecture, vulnerability scanning technologies, application security, Cloud security.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

Bachelor Degree (S1) Degree in Technical/Information System/Other related educations 

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT network design and management, finance industry background is an advantage

• Minimum 2 years of experience in BC/DR plan development and implementation

• Proven professional experience on managing and operating multi-platform/network connectivity, technologies, protocol, security and other industry-standard IT related tools – to design and implement solution to support business requirements

• Proven professional experience in designing and implementing enterprise scale Cloud Network solutions – Hybrid (on-prem and cloud), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS).

• Have knowledge and skill to manage IT human resources in accordance to resource/time allocation/utilization and capable on team mentoring Understand Project Management, Service Management and Software Development Life Cycle

• Have knowledge on business operation of Life Insurance Fluent to communicate in English Excellent Communication Skill

• Good analytical skill & can think out of the box

Certifications/licenses (are an advantage):

• Technical certification (e.g. ITSM, Cisco, IBM, Microsoft)

• Business certification (e.g. FLMI from LOMA)
