Responsibilities: 

• Technical investigation to determine root cause and corrective action to resolve incidents
• Provide technical support to Incident Resolution Team
• Problem and change management
• Maintenance and support of core infrastructure and customer services to Cisco Switch and ASA firewalls
• Provide day to day operations support, both reactive and proactive to managed hosting and internal customers

 

Requirement: 

• Higher Diploma / University Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 2 years relevant experience 
• Cisco certificated is preferable (i.e CCNA etc)
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
