Responsibilities:

• Perform day to day network-related operation
• Monitor and improve network performance across multi-sites
• Support project delivery for network services
• Handle network equipment configuration and service provisioning in a new site development project.
• Resolve user network problems and inquiries
• Network design for new projects and improve existing network
• Design and improve workflow and security to ensure a robust and secure network environment for the group

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer science, or related disciplines with minimum 2 years’ network support work experience
• Experience on routers, switches, firewall, WLAN controller and network monitoring system
• CCNA is preferred
• Experience in the following items is preferred: LAN / WAN solutions with VPN, Cisco and Huawei network products, Juniper Firewall products.
• Hands-on experience on network setup, routing configuration, as well as wide range of Firewall Security product support knowledge
• Good troubleshooting skill
• Independent, highly motivated and ability to work under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Self-motivated and willing to take initiative to keep updates on IT knowledge
• Can work independently as well as working with a team
