Responsibilities:

• Provide 1nd level Network Operations support for projects
• Install, Configure, test, and maintain Cisco LAN/WAN, Security and Basic IPT equipment and related services
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve network problems
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks
• Documents network problems and resolution for future reference
• Network Monitoring and Liaison with carriers for resolution
• Daily maintenance and problem resolution, operating system patches and software
• Upgrade and routine hardware configuratio

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Technology
• Minimum 2-3 years related Network Infrastructure Working Experience
• Good communication skill; proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Working knowledge on Network Infrastructure (Core/Access Switch, Firewall, Router and Wifi)
• Experience with Cisco and H3C Switch, Router implementation, migration and supporting is an advantage
• Experience with Cisco and Fortinet firewall implementation, migration and supporting is an advantage
• Holder of CCNA is preferred
• HK Permanent Resident is required
