Job Duties:

• Perform daily support and administration works on corporate network, wireless network and Cisco IP telephony system
• Perform system monitoring on network related IT services
• Prepare regular network related reports and statistic
• Provide technical support for end users
• Communicate and work with third parties to solve operation issues
• Take the responsibility as new project manager, including network and system projects
  
  

Job requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Computer Science or Information Technology related disciplines in routing and switching of different brands, such as Cisco, Juniper etc.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels
• Good in English & Chinese and good interpersonal skill
• Immediate available is an advantage
• Permanent HK resident is required
