Job Responsibilities

• Perform IT infrastructure support / administration duty including server and networking
• Support Cisco / H3C switch, Fortinet Firewall / VPN and AP, and other networking issue
• Provide 2nd Tie routine support to PRC teams
• Prepare technical documentation & User Manual
• Perform general in-house Desktop support

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years relevant experience, preferable manufacturing industry
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• CCNA or H3CNA qualification is preferred
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; Strong inter-personal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate findings, considerations, recommendation and execution plans to different levels of stakeholders
• Strong negotiation, influencing and leadership skills
