Job Duties:

• Responsible for network equipment installation
• Provide assistance for senior technical staff to manage switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers and other network appliances 
• Perform technical support for Internet, Intranet and LAN & WAN 

Job Requirement:

• Higher Diploma in Electronic Engineering / Computer Science / Computer Studies or equivalent
• At least 1- 3 years of experience in network infrastructure support/ administration
• Hands-on experience in Routers/Switches, Firewall and other networking equipment (e.g. Load Balancer, IPS/IDS)
• Professional qualification on networking (CCNA & CCNP)
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
• HK Permanent Resident is required
