Job Description

• Configuring and supporting network and security devices and services 
• Perform network maintenance and system version upgrade
• Provide support and troubleshooting for network issues
• Maximizing network performance through ongoing network monitoring and troubleshooting
• Manage and support for network connectivity across multiple offices
• Follow the change management process to implement the network change
• Liaise with vendors for problem resolution
• Maintain and update network technical documentation

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Computer science or I.T related discipline
• In depth understanding of communication protocols (TCP/IP) and routing protocol (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, HSRP, IPSEC, QoS)  
• Minimum of 5+ year of experience in data network, supporting cisco switches and routers  
• Demonstrated experience with CISCO products, Palo Alto firewall, FortiGate firewall, Bluecoat proxy and F5 load balancer
• Hands-on experience with network diagnostic and network analytics tool
• Cisco Certification: CCNA or higher
• Good Teamwork and problem-solving skill
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Able to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage
• Working experience in Banking and Financial company is an advantage
