• Performs network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems
• Upgrades network hardware and software components as required
• Manages backups, Installs, upgrades, and configures network printing devices, directory structures, rights, and security, software, and files services
• Executes scheduled maintenance routines in accordance with standard procedures
  
  

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Engineering, Computing Science or related disciplines with 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Cisco Routers/Switches/Firewall/Ironport
• Possess good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Good command in Cantonese; able to communicate in business English and Mandarin
• Applicants must be a permanent Hong Kong resident
