• Client: A Global IT / Business Consultancy
• Position: Network Implementation Engineer
• Responsibilities:
• The Senior Network Implementation Engineer is responsible for delivering integrated network solutions based on the Network hardware platform and client specific requirements.
• Acts as a lead technical expert and liaises with the Client facing Support, Global Network Architecture and Regional Operations teams to deliver best of class service.
• During times of major faults, the incumbent may be called upon to provide problem diagnosis and resolution.
• $50-60K, 5 day, medical, bonus, Work Location: HK Island

Requirements

• Bachelor's or equivalent degree with 7-10 years’ experience in financial services, CCIE, routing switching expert, strong knowledge of multicast is a must, Cisco/Juniper routing/switching, Juniper/Palo Alto FW, F5 GTM/LTM Aruba
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, routing and tunneling including but not limited to BGP, VRRP/HSRP, GRE, IPSec, OSPF.
• Knowledge of Spanning Tree and Multicast networks, including market data distribution networks.
• Strong working knowledge of various diagnostic tools including packet analyzers and distributed probes.
• Problem-solving skills with an emphasis on resolution of complex technical problems and demonstrated comprehension of integrated Cisco enterprise level architecture and design principles
• Familiarity with application load balancers, DNS, DHCP, Windows and Unix operating systems, security architecture including firewalls and proxies
• Strong leadership skills with ability to focus and perform in time-sensitive high-pressure environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills as well as attention to details
