The Network Technology Lab of the Central Research Institute of Huawei 2012 Laboratories is a heavyweight team that tackles network technology innovation. The lab makes future digital intelligent network technologies ready and builds a continuous leading position in core technologies.

Job Responsibilities/ Research directions relate to one of the following:

• Research distributed system networks, such as network architecture, computing/storage, networking solution, and device form design, and participate in architecture design, prototype development, and verification.
• Research data center network architecture and architecture related technology, and corresponding software, hardware and chip architecture design;
• Research the network architecture and protocols related to the enterprise network, including the enterprise Wi-Fi technology, enterprise switch router architecture protocol, and enterprise network transmission optimization technology.
• Participate in industry activities, track industry trends, write relevant patents and professional papers, and promote the implementation of relevant technologies and standards.
• Develop industry partners, promote industry ecosystem construction, and enhance Huawei's influence.

• Doctor of computer science and technology, electronics and information engineering, communication and information engineering, automation and microelectronics;
• Have general knowledge of network protocols or computer architecture, distributed storage, edge computing, AI, and blockchain.
• Or have experience in prototype development and verification. The development languages are C/C++, Java, Python, microcode, board, logic, integrated equipment, high-speed interconnection, and DFX.
