Responsibilities:

• Supervise new build, installation, operation, and maintenance of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) network
• Providing support to ICT & ELV infrastructure projects from design to implementation, and other existing system / infrastructure for the WKCD including VPN, Firewall and Cisco network router / switch
• Providing supervisory, technical and administrative assistance to project participants
• Managing and liaising with consultants, contractors and vendors to configure and implement the infrastructure to meet operational processes and technical needs
• Assisting in developing unit test and implementation plans, creating and maintaining technical documents, operational procedures, guidelines, etc.
• Handle ELV network enhancement project
• Perform testing, and commissioning for ELV network infrastructure project
• Manage the asset of ELV network infrastructure

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer science or related disciplines
• At least 3-4 years of experience in network system design, implementation, experience in troubleshoot on network equipment
• Have experience in Project Management methodology with attention to project schedules and deadlines
• Hand-on experience in Cisco routing/switching implementation and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience in IPS/IDS, Firewall, Load Balancer, network monitoring and troubleshooting
• Good working knowledge of network cabling infrastructure and specifications
• Certification holder in CCNA
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• HK Permanent Resident is required
