Responsibilities:

• Provide first tier support, remote PC, Server support/set up, hardware repair for end users
• Provide basic software/hardware/network troubleshoot and maintenance
• Maintain and monitor daily system operation
• Communicate with users, supervisor and provide I.T solution for urgent cases

Requirements:

• Diploma or I.T related qualifications
• Good knowledge in software/hardware and Microsoft server
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fresh graduate or less experience will also be considered
