Job Description:

• Responsible for office network and data center network equipment maintenance and operation.
• Management and monitoring on the network operation and IT infrastructure.
• Handle the networking related request from business user.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to troubleshoot networking issues.
• Handle the monitoring job on network healthiness.

Requirement:

• High diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years working experience on networking support.
• Experienced on network equipment configuration, such as routing and switching, firewall policy, network access, etc.
• Knowledge on different brand equipment, such as Cisco, PA, Fortinet, Huawei, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills on networking.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and mandarin.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ad-hoc on-call support maybe needed.
