Position Description: This internship is accessible for neurodiverse early-career candidates. ‘Neurodiversity’ includes neurological differences such as autism spectrum, ADHD, and dyslexia. This internship will be supported through the LiNC-IT program in NC (www.LiNC-IT.org) The LiNC-IT program is a collaboration of various NC state entities that supports Lenovo in their efforts to hire Neurodivergent candidates. Project Overview: The Worldwide Commercial ThinkPad Product team is looking for an intern to help with shipment and configuration reporting and to conduct heatmap analysis of product and competitive data used to inform the teams to make portfolio decisions. The ideal candidate will be excited by data and analytics with a passion to provide insights to the business and be a part of the product planning process at a Worldwide level. They will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc analysis for management and the organization. Responsibilities • Review and create reports to understand the state of the business and competition. • Analyze data, understand, and articulate what influences impacted the results. • Develop clear visualizations in PowerPoint to convey complicated data in a straightforward fashion to a non-technical audience #### Position Requirements: Basic Requirements: -Pursing a degree in business, product management, marketing, data analysis or related field, or have graduated between 2019-2021 Preferred Requirements: • Proficient with strong experience in Excel and Powerpoint • Experience in Qlik and/or creating databases is preferred but not required • High attention to detail Any disclosure of neurodiversity that may be made through this application will not be disclosed with respect to any other position you may apply to at Lenovo now or in the future, other than for a lawful reason such as if you are affirmatively seeking a reasonable accommodation as part of the accommodation process.
