Brand FP&A POSITION TITLE: Neuroscience FP&A manager REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Direct reporting to Finance Director, Region North LOCATION: WEC HQ SALES: $0.7Bn Finance Vision “Drive business performance by serving as trusted advisors and objective partners who influence strategy, enable operational excellence and maintain a strong controls environment.” Stakeholder addressed: Primary: Area FD, Area commercial director, Area controller Additional: Area brand team members, Regional VP, Regional FD, WEC Area President, Global marketing finance Objectives: Pro-actively support the WEC Neuroscience Brand Team to enable the teams to meet their objectives and deliver beyond the expectations of their stakeholders. Provide pro-active support and advice for all strategic decision making within the area brand teams. Whilst specific responsibilities will include controlling sales and associated expenses, the successful candidate will manage the affiliate brand FP&A community ensuring Affiliate/Area alignment, providing advice, challenge and opportunities for the team development. Responsibilities: Support Brand Commercial Director and the Brand Team in relation to all financial aspects to deliver sales and margin commitments. Drive the financial planning and consolidation processes for the Area Western Europe & Canada, namely the actual performance, LBE Forecast, Annual Plan & Long Range Plan, providing financial guidance to affiliates With the Brand Team support, drive the Area Demand Review process to ensure robust sales forecasting delivers an accurate supply replenishment plan to maintain optimum stock levels and continuous customer supply. Provides relevant analysis and commentary for each SOP cycle presented monthly to the Area president and Area finance director Provide commercial challenge and reasoning for the Neuroscience Brand Team decision making and strategy development to ensure resources are deployed, and actions taken, in a way which maximises benefit for patients and Abbvie. Ad hoc finance duties for the brand team preparation ( Sales performance update, commercial model consolidation, Product P&Ls, expenses analysis (iMax) & organization ) As a senior member of the WEC Finance Team, support the brand finance community in driving continuous improvement and support the development of junior Finance staff within the team.
