The opportunity:
Join our New Business Consultant team on a 12-month Fixed term contract.
You will be responsible for processing and finalising all new business requests. You will be part of a collaborative team and ensure all documentation is completed correctly.
About the role:
- Manage all New business applications, including increases, are completed with the highest levels of customer service and accuracy.
- Business is issued with the correct underwriting terms and conditions applied as determined by the underwriters.
- Enquiries from all stakeholders, either via phone, email, fax, or written, are dealt with promptly and effectively and with the highest standard of customer service, meeting SLA’s.
- Build strong relationships within the New Business team and the others across our business.
- Adapt and respond to change and champion all AIA digital tools.
- Obtain proper approvals are obtained when needed and follow recommendations provided.
About you:
- Previous customer service experience, ideally with a strong ability to handle complex information.
- Able to work with data and have CRM experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service, demonstrating empathy and rapport building.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and retain complex information.
