Provide excellent customer-focused, timely and professionally support to Financial Services Consultants, customers and distribution channels for New Business enquiries.

  • Excellent customer care and focus, ability to empathy to customers’ needs and provide a positive customer experience.
  • Handling New Business enquiries from Financial Services Consultants promptly and professionally through various channels.
  • Handling customer’s feedback, resolving issues and complaints proactively based on ability to identify the issue properly and coordinating with respective department or colleague if necessary.
  • Provide support to distribution channels.
  • Keeping good record of customer interactions and resolving process.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned.
  • Provide feedback proactively on the efficiency of the customer service process and improve customer experience.
