The Training Specialist will be responsible for but limited to:

  • Design and develop new courses and help with the instruction of courses to support factory initiatives.

  • Activities will include creating engaging learning activities, working with subject matter experts, and applying tested instructional design theories.

  • Will apply visual instructional graphics, provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process, create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games, etc.), and create activities to judge the learner's performance.

The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

  • Skilled to write quality communications.

  • Understanding learning theories and instructional design models.

  • Knowledge of course development software (Captivate, video editing).

  • Infinity and FACETs application experience


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. The experience listed below may be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in instructional design, education, or adult learning or Related field.

  • This position is not open for Intel immigration sponsorship.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of classroom instruction experience.

  • 1+ years of instructional design experience.
