The New Mexico(NM)/Foveros Program office is looking for a candidate to support transfer activities between the New Mexico site and the Pelican Program/Malaysia. This role is highly dynamic and pivots across multiple facets of the factory organization (i.e., Module, construction, yield, support, finance, Corporate services, Supply Chain etc.). This role requires a highly motivated and engaged individual with strong leadership capabilities to be the conduit between the transfer location (NM) and the receiving site (Malaysia). Strong communication/organization skills and partnership will be key to this role. The individual in this role will have to maintain strong alignment with both sites and provide direct guidance to enable a successful start-up and transfer to the new receiving site.
What is the NM Program Office?:
The Program office is a team that helps initiate, support and drive a successful transfer of technologies between Intel organizations. As a team we help build connections and facilitate resources to drive the program towards hitting successful milestone targets and deliver an on time program to Intel, New Mexico and our partner sites. The Program office team partners with the home site factory organization, the DMO program office, Fab Construction Enterprises (FCE), Corporate Services (CS) and various TD organizations to support transfer activities. This candidate will join an existing program office team and help supporting and managing transfer to another DMO start-up site with the key goals of ensuring milestones are delivered and on time.
Job duties include:
Managing programs of large/global scope, impact and complexity through all phases of the lifecycle. Managing interdependencies and integration among multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders. Has decision making authority at the program level. Handling cross organizational programs of broad scope and high complexity or of broad scope and moderate complexity usually managing a core team that manages functionally specific teams. Sets direction for programs directly related to corporate policies or important business operations to meet strategic goals of significance. Leads the core team and guides performance of functional teams. Is the key interface with stakeholders and leadership internally and externally. Assigns overall tasks to others managing general areas of responsibility in support of program goals. Exercises judgment and discretion to develops solutions, remove obstacles and redefine approaches. Recommends or sets business strategies or corporate policies and deviates as appropriate. Oversees identification of tasks and research, dependencies, costs; assigns resources, and communicates expectations to core team members. Creates/tracks/adjusts the program schedule. Assesses risks and identifies solutions to timely, efficient achievement of program goals; Ensures that quality standards and budget constraints are met. Ensures appropriate progress against schedule and takes remedial action as appropriate. Prioritizes utilization of resources with other functions. Influences business unit or cross organizational strategies relevant to program goals.
Responsibilities include:
Facilitating various sub-level program meetings and acting as a connection to functional area meetings to the overall program office
Identifying and driving escalations from functional area meetings to the program office lead for alignment and resolution
Facilitation of program level meetings, map days and other organizational level meetings
Building knowledge and expertise in organizational programs to help drive efficiency in decision making and connectivity towards overall results

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Must hold a Bachelor's degree and have demonstrated leadership responsibilities (i.e., managing indicators, facilitating cross-organization meetings).
Must have 5+ yrs Hands-on Engineering Program Management experience with at least 5 more years of background in architecture and/or Engineering.
Must have demonstrated 3+ yrs the ability to lead cross-functional meetings (working groups or taskforces), drive them to successful completion, and mentor others on resolving gap to goal issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, along with experience in driving/ efficiencies is a plus.
