MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively manage the projects to ensure on time delivery according to product development requirement (ID, SPEC, CPA, Test protocol…)

• Feasibility analysis of concept design from group and provide improvement support

• Review and monitor product design, schedule, and milestone of product development in supplier

• Technical feasibility review for ID and SPEC

• Technical review at every milestone to ensure correct input for next step

• Arrange and monitor the testing to ensure reliable test results

• Involve in technical improvement/modification activities, and provide technical support to factories if necessary.

• Coordinate/Communicate with group design team

• Coordinate/Communicate with factories’ R&D and Engineering and Sourcing/QA/MEX

• Create and archive appropriate technical documentation, like Product Specification, testing reports, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 4 years experience as design engineer or relevant positions and has successfully designed air conditioner or refrigerator or the similar household appliances;
• Good communication, co-ordination skills

• Good interpersonal skills
• Good project management skills
• Good command of 2D and 3D design software, i.e. Auto CAD, Solid works, Pro E, UG, or similar.
• Familiar with EN standards for relevant products
• Familiar with electronic PCB controller
• Familiar with compressor products

• Familiar with tooling design, construction, manufacturing
• Good command of household appliances construction, design.
• Familiar with manufacturing, engineering, testing, quality control
• Proactive, self-motivated, Collaborative, determined, Organized, Systematic
