Responsibilities:

• Develop external industry and academic network with technology departments of traditional auto OEMs and new players, and key universities and research institutes, to anticipate and explore innovation opportunities.
• Independently develop coating working platforms of advanced Auto coating based on the new technology trends, customer values and legal compliance.
• Develop workplan and carry out R&D work independently based on the agreed project target.
• Document and information collecting as the input of project running and technology report and summary drafting based on the review and projecgt management requests
• Working closly with different functional team or departments like rensin team, measurement team, IP department, PT department to ensure that new products/technologyies developed can be timely registred and delivered.

Requirements:

• BS or MS degree in chemistry, engineering or materials science. PhD is preferred.
• Minimum 5-years relevant industry experience in automotive and coating.Material Science, Polymer or Chemistry background.
• Understanding and knowledge of value chain, competitive landscape, product and market trend in automotive.
• Project management skills or practices Experimental skills and capability. Good communication with varied teams or functions.
• Entrepreneur spirit is preferred. Business sense, problem identiy and solve ability, and quick learning ability
• Domestic and international travels required.
