Job Description

As part of the Manufacturing Solutions Integration (MSI) team, this team member will be focus on set up readiness and execution of New Product Introductions (NPI) in Chandler Assembly Test Development (CATD).

This is a new role in response to increase number and complexity of packaging NPI and processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create integrated Business Process Management (BPM) program to facilitate New Product Introductions (NPI's) in Chandler Assembly Test Development (CATD).
  • Collaborate with module NPI coordinators, planform manufacturing integrators, and manufacturing to manage NPI setup and execution for assembly, test and finish with the goal of tracking and driving set up readiness and lot execution to hit committed turnaround times and schedules.
  • Communicate and provide visibility to all levels of Die Assembly Technology Development (DATD) management and stakeholders NPI status, needs, roadblocks and help needed.
  • Continuously improve the process: Develop NPI feedback system to identify what is working well and what needs improvement. Create and manage continuous improvement roadmap.
  • Be part of the team shaping and establishing standard NPI systems across the package technology development flow. (aka NPI2.0)
  • Communicate the big picture of CATD NPI Manufacturing needs and ensure alignment with Assembly Technology Development (ATD) factory management and cross factory management team on product priority, status, output needs and roadblock in execution to meet committed NPI on time.
  • Ensure CATD is executing to the aligned priorities.

  • Business acumen with regards to clear concise communication as well as driving a program.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum qualifications and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelors of Science, degree in manufacturing engineering or related field.

3+ years of experience with one or more of the following:

  • Manufacturing
  • Constraint management.
  • Project management
  • Systems development
  • Statistics


Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of experience with one or more of the following:

  • SQL/SQL Pathfinder
  • Assembly and Test Technology Development (ATTD) assembly and test modules and how they interact.
  • Assembly, Test, Finish Development operations and systems.
  • NPI or new technology introductions.
  • CATD NPI systems: Aspire, ATRMS, Routes, Workstream, MKC and factory operations, SPEED, Endeavor

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
