• Lead new product development project core team meetings, maintain effective communication and working relationships among project core team.

• Assign, define schedules and track cross-functional tasks/activities to ensure that project progress within expected timings.

• Lead risk analysis and mitigation planning for projects.

• Identify, supervise, communicate and resolve issues during the project execution.

• Drive product launches with communication and training. Ensure that new products are introduced professionally, with appropriate positioning, pricing, sales materials, promotions and accompanying services, structured through the Product Launch Toolkit. 

• Measure and communicate results of (new) product sales. Initiate and execute product pruning projects and complexity reduction programs. 

• Manage all the product commercialization process.

• Bachelor degree or above in chemistry, material science related industrial

• 1-2 years’ experience in project management in the industrial, adhesive/tape NPI background is a plus

• Excellent communication skills

• Outstanding follow-up skills to ensure that actions are completed, and issues are resolved in time

• Ability to lead, motivate and influence cross-function teams

• Self-motivated and results driven. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deal with ambiguity

• Fluent in both Chinese and English
