Key Responsibilities

1. Data analysis for New Retail customers (HEMA, 1919, YH, IKEA etc.) both intake and offtake

2. Provide daily support on basic KA management such as contract re-new, new listing, sales progress tracking, preparation and execution tracking of promotion & in-store activation

3. Provide assistance in daily communication with field sales team according different

4. Routine communication with customers regarding all work-related duties

5. Maintenance and collection of promotion calendar, activation plan etc.

6. Coordinate with NR WS (RILI) regarding on routine operational work, logistics and financials etc.

7. PO management

8. Collaborate with other departments in general business such as CMKT, MKT, WS management team and finance.

9. Executes both routine and non-routine administrative tasks and assignments


Requirements:

  • 2 years above working experience in sales operation, trade marketing, or business development in FMCG industry
  • Detail focused and reliable.
  • Open-minded and passionate; strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Fluent English and Mandarin both in written and spoken
  • University graduate with bachelor degree or above
