New Social Media Executive

Job Description
Specific Responsibilities
• Develop social media strategy, both yearly and campaign based with company's strategic positioning, product and brand positioning.
• Supervision on daily posts, engagement and data performance on SHOPHSCC owned social networks (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat service accounts, Wechat mini-program, Weibo, Redbook, Douyin and more.)
• Optimize Wechat Community with customers/followers/fans on our social accounts and mini-program
• Maintain and develop relationship with KOL in multi channels with multi format, such as livestreaming, Wechat/Weibo/Redbook posts, and have extensive knowledge of KOC interaction
• Stay up-to-date with trends, and recommend new technologies, design tools, and applications
• Social media marketing, online outreach and promotion using multi social channels
• Communicate and supervise the implementation and coordination of marketing activities on all social platforms of the company supported by the third party
• Social ads’ cost/benefit analysis
Requirements
• Attention to detail
• A bachelor's degree or its equivalent in marketing, advertising, public relations or other relevant field. Those with excellent conditions can be relaxed
• Proven experience in Social CRM.
• Solid verbal & written communication of Mandarin and English.
• Over 3 year’s proven experience of Social Media Management
• Any prior experience with ad campaign management is a plus.
