We are seeking a night expert who is dynamic, energetic, a people person who thrives on a busy overnight environment to join our busy Front Office Department. This role will include exposure to all areas of the Front Office function including reception, concierge, and switch/communications.

The role provides excellent opportunities for growth and exposure in Front Office. The successful candidates will be enthusiastic team players who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 

In this role the overnight star will:

• Provide efficient guest services including check in/out, request handling and providing hotel information
• Settle and maintain guest accounts, ensuring cashiering is accurate
• Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety
• Maintain the hotels standard of professionalism
• Be analytical and possess an eye for detail which will help maintain the hotels standards
• Assist the Night Manager in a variety of check and balance procedures

Previous Front Office experience and exposure to Opera preferred, well presented and have flexibility to work a rotation of overnight shifts
