What you will be doing:
1. Using your analytical and computer skills to complete all
the financial reporting with the highest level of accuracy and contribute to
the smooth running of the hotel as a business.
2. Using your personality and customer service skills you
will be warmly welcoming guests and providing the highest level of service
processing check-ins and check outs and assisting with special requests.
3. As the first and
last impression the guest often has at the hotel, you will create a warm and
welcoming reception upon arrival, and a fond and sincere farewell upon
departure.
4. You will use your keen supervisory skills during the
overnight hours, answer calls, field questions and respond to guests
thoughtfully and independently. You will exercise good judgment and a strong
intuition to anticipate the needs of each guest.
5. Assist where needed; this role may call for you to wear
“many hats”, with direct guest interaction, as well as maintaining your work
area, properly handling cash and credit card transactions, rooming lists, and
so on
Your experience and skills include:
1. Passion for delivering personalized customer service and a
strong commitment to creating the desired guest experience for all.
2. Excellent communication, organizational and problem
solving skills. An ability to work under pressure while maintaining a sense of
poise and professionalism.
3. An ability to naturally engage with
guests and show empathy; have genuine care and concern for both the well-being
of our guests and fellow team members
4. A positive,
can-do, team player attitude. A strong desire to support and assist your
department and other hotel colleagues, and help them navigate and overcome
