Novotel Melbourne on Collins is seeking a Full time Night Auditor, you will perform night audit duties on 3 nights a week and higher duties in a relief night manager role on 2 nights a week.

We are a contemporary style 4.5 star comfort hotel conveniently located in the very heart of Melbourne on fashionable Collins Street close to the Town Hall, Federation Square and retail and theatre districts. Featuring 380 guest rooms and suites, bar and restaurant, swimming pool and gym with 8 flexible conference & function venues feature state-of-the-art, conference technology. The ballroom accommodates events of up to 400 delegates in a theatre-style setup or 230 guests for banquets 

What you will be doing:

• Cross check and balance work completed during the day for all outlets on a shift
• Prepare reports to reflect the trading result of the property on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Ensure house security to include fire prevention and protection, health, safety and staff checks, detection of breaches of security and the laws by which the company is governed
• Higher duties on two (2) nights/week: Hold responsibility and accountability for the efficient operation of the hotel while the Night Manager is not on duty

Your experience and skills include:

• Strong operations PMS knowledge
• An ability to work night shifts any night of the week
• Previously experience in a similar role will be advantageous
