What you will be doing:

• Responsible for a daily audit of the guest ledger, including all transactions herein, as well as the daily balancing of the guest ledger and prepare Daily Report
• To perform end of day closing procedure and initiate back-up process.
• To verify that all transactions performed at the front desk are supported by documentary evidence and signatures as necessary and that they have been correctly posted and allocated into system.
• To discharge the duties in an effective and efficient manner.

Your experience and skills include:

• Demonstrate the aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities
• Demonstrate the ability to take initiative and carry out assigned tasks to completion
• Manage time and resources well and demonstrates good organizational abilities
• Work under pressure when required and be available to work overtime when the role and responsibilities require it
• Committed, motivated and able to achieve tasks in required time frame
• Work together with trust so that colleagues and management meet the goals of the department/hotel
