We are looking for a dedicated, reliable night owl to join our vibrant and friendly front office team. You will be able to keep calm under pressure, be confident, organised and maintain high levels of customer service.

A Night Auditor working with The Francis - MGallery Bath will always provide exceptional service to our guests, as well as guaranteeing an accurate night audit is run.  Our ideal talent will preferably possess the following attributes:

• Previous nights/front office experience
• Positive attitude and great communication skills
• Committed to delivering exceptional service
• Impeccable presentation standards
• Competent level of IT proficiency
• Opera experience desirable

The Role

• Greeting guests, Checking in and out in accordance with brand standards
• Manage the 24 hour bar and provide room service meals and drinks
• Responsible for the hotel and occupants
• Responsible for accurate night audit and associated financial processes
• Communicates and cooperates with the other hotel departments, ensuring information is passed on as necessary
• Light cleaning duties to prepare the hotel for the next day
• Always delivering outstanding quality standards. You'll have a passion for delivering memorable moments through your service.
