Job Requirements

The main role and purpose of the Night Audit Associate is to ensure the processing of the daily close out procedures and to close out the day. The night auditor also will have some guest interactions so they need to have experience in greeting guest, answering the phone ,processing check-ins and check-outs, issuing room keys, answering questions, and addressing guest requests and concerns.

Some other responsibilities may be to:

• Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.

• Ascertain guest lodging and needs.

• Assists guests in a , friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary.

• Know of all if not most essential aspects of hotel operations.

• Register guests and manages room assignments.

• Collect payments by accepting cash, checks, or charge card payments from customers; and makes change for cash customers.

• Verify identity in accepting credit card payments and to reviewing driver’s license information.

• Operate credit card authorization and card processing systems.

• Balance cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift.

• Monitor lobby and check-in activity to determine best action of service room flow.

• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.

• Provide pre-arrival support for special arrival guests such as blocks, groups and teams



Work Experience

Prior Hilton hotel experience or ONQ PM proficiency is preferred
