Night Auditor (part-time)
As an integral part of our overnight team at Sheraton Suites Calgary Eau Claire, you will offer assistance to guests with check-ins and check-outs, as well as requests, while running the overnight reporting functions and balancing our systems.

This is a part-time overnight position. At this time, shifts required would be 11pm to 7:30am on Wednesday & Thursday. Additional shifts could be available based on business volumes and vacation coverage when applicable.

What you will be doing:

• Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience
• Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling 
• Liase with various departments as required, including, Front Office, Food & Beverage Outlets & Accounting 
• Ensure the proper balancing and control of Hotel revenue and systems backup
• Responsible for the accuracy of Night Audit generated daily reports
• Assist with all fire and emergency procedures with a full understanding of all protocols in this regard
• Follow all hotel and departmental policies and procedures, as well as health & safety protocols

Your experience and skills include:

• Service focused personality is essential; previous experience in a Hotel or similar setting is required and previous experience working at the Front Desk is preferred
• Computer literate with strong abilities in Microsoft Office is required and prior experience working with a property management system, Lightspeed or a related system, is preferred
• Fluency in English with both verbal and written communication; additional languages are a plus
