•Will be available to help the guests in any of their requests;

•Attentive to any VIP guests C/I and C/O and to inform top management of their presence;

•ensure that all the payment received is accurate with the rate given;

•Will work at night shift; and

•Report directly to the Night Manager or to Assistant Front Office Manager in case of his/her absence.




Work Experience

•At least 1 year experience as a receptionist

•Be able to work at night 24/7

•Ability to demonstrate passion for excellence;

•Excellent communication skills in Khmer and in English;

•Be dynamic and efficient to serve all guests;

•Be flexible and willing to help as assigned.
