The responsibilities include:
- Check-in and Check-out guests
- Creating unforgettable guest experience during each interaction with guests
- Solving guests' requests, answering their questions, communicating and offering assistance
- Handling night audit procedures
- Working with payments
- Preparing for groups arrivals
Work Experience
Wе would like to have the candidate who has
- at least 1 year or experience on the same position;
- bachelor degree (or a student of last year)
- ability and desire to handle night shifts
- knows OPERA
- who is open, communicative, ready to assist, attentive to details.
