SO/ St. Petersburg is looking for Night administrator at Front Office.

The responsibilities include:

  • Check-in and Check-out guests
  • Creating unforgettable guest experience during each interaction with guests
  • Solving guests' requests, answering their questions, communicating and offering assistance
  • Handling night audit procedures
  • Working with payments
  • Preparing for groups arrivals


Work Experience

Wе would like to have the candidate who has

  1. at least 1 year or experience on the same position;
  2. bachelor degree (or a student of last year)
  3. ability and desire to handle night shifts
  4. knows OPERA
  5. who is open, communicative, ready to assist, attentive to details.
