About the Role

As a Night Guest Service Agent, you will work from 11pm - 7am on a rotating roster. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who would like to get your foot in the door to the hotel with limitless development opportunities! Key duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Greeting guests arriving or departing from the hotel  
• Providing exceptional service by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
• Assisting the Night Auditor/Night Manager to ensure smooth night operation
• Promoting and up-selling hotel facilities through strong product knowledge
• Maintaining control of guest and hotel accounts ensuring that all charges are posted accurately and efficiently.
• Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of guest amenities, make recommendations and reservations for our guests on local attractions
• Ensuring safety and security for guests and colleagues

Skills and experience

• Knowledge of Opera is advantageous though not essential 
• Genuine passion for Hospitality & desire to help others
• A positive can do & customer focused attitude
• Excellent grooming and presentation skills
• Exceptional communication skills
