What will you do

• Hold responsibility and accountability for the efficient operation of the hotel during the hours of 11.00pm and 7.30am
• Lead and drive the Night team to create unforgettable guest experiences overnight
• Maintain responsibility for the overall auditing and administration function of the Night Audit team
• Cross check and balance work completed during the day for all outlets on a shift
• Prepare reports to reflect the trading result of the property on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Ensure house security to include fire prevention and protection, health, safety and staff checks, detection of breaches of security and the laws by which the company is governed.

 

What you need to be successful

• Previous experience as a Night Auditor or Night Manager in a luxury hotel is essential
• An energetic, team focused and can do attitude
• Excellent grooming and presentation skills
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• High level of computer literacy – Opera experience preferred
