Night Manager

  What you will be doing:
• Have knowledge on everything going on in the hotel, all night by listening to the radio and constantly walking around the resort property.
• Keep abreast of VIPS, and late arrivals and departures, anticipating guest needs and arranging guest services according to their specific situation.
• Listening and communicating in a polite, attentive way with guests
• Organize a weekly schedule for night team
• Providing support and motivation for colleagues in need and also be a role model.
• Eager to help out wherever needed.
• Report and resolve problems guests may be experiencing
• Maintain good relationships with all important contacts inside of the hotel
• Maintain constant contact with all areas of the resort all night long
• Educated with strong interpersonal relationship skills
• Conduct nightly briefings to inform and educate team on movements within the resort

• Your experience and skills include:
• Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
• Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
• Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
• Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
• Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
  
  Your team and working environment:
• The entire resort, all night long. Ensure that all employees are doing their job in an efficient manner. Ensure all guests are safe and away from potentially dangerous situations. Knowledge of what is going on throughout the entire resort, at all times
