Night Manager - Full Time

As the Night Manager of this luxury property, you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s operations at the quietest time of day. During the night shift, you will effectively manage the daily reconciliation of the hotel's transactions, including inspecting and gathering reports and statistical data in compliance with hotel standards and auditing processes. A key to success in this position is the ability to multi-task, completing night shift tasks while ensuring an amazing experience for guests and the safety and security of the property.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, have attention to detail, experience in leading and managing others and have a passion for creating exceptional service experiences.

What you will be doing:

• Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the hotel's overnight operation
• Handle any guest concerns efficiently to guarantee memorable moments
• Compile reports and complete thorough audits of all daily revenue and postings
• Ensure that reservations details for in house-guests are recorded correctly
• Ensure the safety and security of the property
• Provide supervision, support and ongoing training to ambassadors.

Your experience and skills include:

• A high level of computer literacy with knowledge of OPERA PMS, Excel, and HotSOS
• Analytical skills and an eye for detail
• The ability to demonstrate versatility in responding to guest requests and situations
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role and a desire to lead by example
• Responsible Management of Licensed Venues (RMLV) and First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
