c. Performance-based bonus once a school year.
The performance-based bonus follows four levels: S, A, B and C.
For level S, the performance-based bonus is 10000 RMB before tax.
For level A, it is 6000 RMB before tax.
For level B, it is 4000 RMB before tax.
For level C, it is 0 RMB before tax.

d. Renewal bonus: 10000 RMB (According to the performance-based evaluations)

• Type of accommodation in the city ? Does the school help with finding the accommodation?

Yes, school will help you find the accommodation, and you can live in school dorm for several days until you find the apartment.

There are several communities near school which foreign teachers mainly choose. I find some information and pictures online to show you and you can tell me what kind of apartment you want, then we can match the suitable before you come.

• Type A:

• the nearest community, 100 meters across our school.

• Very cheap but simple furnished. 800-1200rmb per month with two or three bedrooms, 80-100 meters. Many teachers live here.

• Type B:

• close to school but must take 10 mins bus or taxi.

• very cheap and well furnished. 1200-1800rmb per month with three or four bedrooms, very big, more than 120 meters. Several teachers live here.

• Type C:

• close to school but must take 10 mins bus or taxi.

• not cheap but well furnished. 1800-2500rmb per month with two or three bedrooms, 90-120 meters. Many primary teachers live here.

• Transport within the city and to travel around?

Some teachers buy motorbike or electric-bike. Someone takes bus or taxi. It is convenient here to go around the city. Our city is close to Beijing or Shanghai.

Transport in China is very convenient.

• From Beijing to here: 2.5 hours by high speed train.

• From Shanghai to here:3.5 hours by high speed train.

• The nearest airport to come from France must be Beijing, is that right? What is the best way yo travel from Beijing to Jining?

Yes, you can fly to Beijing, it is the nearest. Then take the high speed train to our city.

From Beijing Nan Station to Qufu Dong Station

There are many trains from 8:00 to 18:00, you can buy any one.

We will pick you up when you arrive.

• Activities in the city?

There are shopping malls and supermarkets and bars. Foreign teachers often have parties and make Chinese friends. Some teachers travel together on weekends or holidays.
