The role of Nominated Signatory Coordinator covers supports the activity to gain approval of specified materials and activities linked to promotion, interactions with Health Care Professional and Organisations and other related areas such as non-promotional health education materials. The role of ‘Nominated Signatory’ covers a set of responsibilities for final approval of specified materials and activities linked to promotion, interactions with Health Care Professional and Organisations and other related areas such as non-promotional health education materials within a large commercial geography. This is an important responsibility undertaken on behalf of the Company and in a personal professional capacity. It adds value to the Company and reflects the importance of doing business in a compliant and ethical manner.
Nominated Signatory also works in collaboration with the Compliance Officer in order to implement locally the Global SOP, procedures and guidance and is an active part together with Local Compliance Officer in the evaluation of new projects/activities and in the execution routine or transactional activities.
Qualifications:
Degree in medicine, pharmacy, pharmacology or other relevant life sciences
Knowledge:
A comprehensive understanding of AstraZeneca's business policies, procedures and guidance such as that on product promotion and scientific exchange of information regulations
A working understanding of relevant legislation and external codes of practice relating to promotional activities.
