Pay & Bonuses
1. Monthly salary: From 16,000 to 19,000 RMB per month after tax
2. Airfare: Reimbursement provided upon completion of contract 4000 RMB
3. Housing: School provides a comfortable apartment for teachers. If you would like to relocate on your own, you’ll receive monthly housing allowance of 2,300 RMB. This part is negotiable
4. TESOL or TEFL certificate training: Our school pays for TESOL or TEFL fees, which is 4,000 RMB
5. TEFL course provided - For candidates who are not holding any teaching certificate, we provide a free TEFL course.
6. Work visa: Sponsored Work visa and full support during the visa application procedures, and this is done before your departure from Canada or America. The other option is teachers will have to take an extra flight to Hong Kong to acquire the visas.
7. Health insurance: Provided.

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Teachers will be teaching students aged from 3 to15 years old, with 10 to15 students per class.
2. Work Schedule: It varies with 5 working days (including weekends) and 2 days off during weekdays.
3. In total, teachers have 23 teaching hours, plus 12 office-hours. Should one teach more than 23 hours per week, the school will pay overtime at the hourly rate of 150 RMB.
4. A bilingual teaching assistant is present for every class.
5. The school provides the curriculum and all materials needed.
