Job Description

Budget Planning

  • Work w/TPM head & finance to put together Monthly QRAM Calendar
  • Work w/TPMs to hold budget planning sessions every quarter
  • Ensure we have a disciplined QRAM operating rhythm

Execution

  • Understand Approved opex by IO (cost center) approve PR’s per priority and approved budget
  • Run daily opex spend SAP reports to track Approved, received,
  • Summarize weekly opex spend for division and align w/TPM head to communicate to all IO owners
  • Run weekly report of BU inventory of materials and wafers
  • Work w/each IO owner to RTS ageing material
  • Align w/TPM head to manage opex across IO's to stay within total approved budget controllable budget across BU; budget reconciliation
  • Report out monthly PR approval cycle time to stay within recommended KPI
    • <2 days PR decision for needle mover / critical recovery programs
    • <4 days PR decision for none needle mover / critical recovery programs
