Basic Info

1.Working Hours: Wednesday to Friday 1:30pm-9:00pm, Saturday& Sunday 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday& Tuesday off;
2.Student Level: 3 to 12 years old;

Job Descriptions

1.Develop and design lesson plans that utilize a broad range of appropriate teaching techniques and strategies;
2.Deliver engaging English language classes to students using suitable course books and teaching materials;
3.Promote and maintain a friendly and positive learning environment;
4.Evaluate students’ daily progress, write corresponding feedback reports and provide ongoing guidance for possible improvements;
5.Keep in contact with parents about student performance & learning progress;
6.Participate in other school required activities and events;

Requirements

1.Native or fluent English speaker;
2.Bachelor's degree or above;
3.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
4.Clear criminal background check;
5.Previous teaching experience in related age groups preferred;

Salary and Benefits

1.Base salary up to 15,000 RMB before tax per month based on experience and qualifications;
